Our son Naois has been on the classic ketogenic diet since September 2017. This has enabled him to avoid having epileptic seizures during the day. Slowly but surely, I have learned that ketogenic cooking is not as difficult as it seems at first. That's why I now want to help other parents make their lives as easy as possible.
