Naois always gets a snack at 10 o’clock in the morning. These avocado brownies are healthy and tasty for those who love dark chocolate. With a muffin baking tin I always make 12 brownies of 155 calories each.

  • Carbohydrates: 1 g
  • Protein: 4 g
  • Fat: 14 g

Ingredients for 12 brownies:

  • Natrena liquid sweetener according to taste
  • 156 g avocado
  • 12 g vanilla aroma from dr. Oetker
  • 24 g Blooker Cocoa powder
  • 132 g Ketocal 4:1
  • 12 g baking soda
  • 168 g organic eggs
  • 36 g melted butter


  1. Preheat the electric oven to 200 C
  2. Weigh all ingredients
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan
  4. Mix the avocado, vanilla aroma, cocoa powder, ketocal, baking soda, eggs and butter into a uniform mixture with an electric blender. I use the magimix cook expert
  5. Add a little Natrena sweetener, mix it with the rest and add more sweetener if necessary.
  6. Divide the mixture between the 12 moulds
  7. Place the baking tin in the middle of the oven. After 20 minutes, check if the brownies are ready and leave them in the oven a little longer if necessary
