Naois always gets a snack at 10 o’clock in the morning. These avocado brownies are healthy and tasty for those who love dark chocolate. With a muffin baking tin I always make 12 brownies of 155 calories each.

Ingredients for 12 brownies:
- Natrena liquid sweetener according to taste
- 156 g avocado
- 12 g vanilla aroma from dr. Oetker
- 24 g Blooker Cocoa powder
- 132 g Ketocal 4:1
- 12 g baking soda
- 168 g organic eggs
- 36 g melted butter
Preparation
- Preheat the electric oven to 200 C
- Weigh all ingredients
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan
- Mix the avocado, vanilla aroma, cocoa powder, ketocal, baking soda, eggs and butter into a uniform mixture with an electric blender. I use the magimix cook expert
- Add a little Natrena sweetener, mix it with the rest and add more sweetener if necessary.
- Divide the mixture between the 12 moulds
- Place the baking tin in the middle of the oven. After 20 minutes, check if the brownies are ready and leave them in the oven a little longer if necessary
