These tarts with strawberries are a healthy and festive snack for Naois. I always make 12 of these cakes at once, which I then store in the freezer in small tupperwares and remove them from the freezer a day in advance. On each tupperware I write the name of the dish, the date they were made, Naois’s name and for what time of day they are intended. For the labels I use masking tape and a permanent marker.
